Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch.

During peak periods, product launches, holidays or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within the standard delivery window shown below, but we recommend allowing a slightly wider timeframe in case of carrier delays, customs processing, holidays or peak periods.

United States: most orders arrive within 2–8 business days after dispatch. Please allow up to 3–10 business days in some cases.

Canada: most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch. Please allow up to 4–12 business days in some cases.

Europe: most orders arrive within 2–6 business days after dispatch. Please allow up to 3–9 business days in some cases.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Carriers

To provide the most efficient delivery experience, we select the carrier based on your location, service availability and current delivery performance.

This allows us to choose the most reliable available shipping option for your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email, allowing you to follow your package until delivery.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless they have already been collected at checkout.
