At Rivelle Bags, we want every piece to meet the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship and everyday functionality. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Free from signs of wear, damage, stains or alterations
- Returned with all original accessories, packaging and included items
- Safely packed for return shipping
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or refuse a return if the item shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, or if it is returned damaged, incomplete or without proper packaging.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was defective, damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Rivelle Bags is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
We may withhold the refund until the returned item has been received and inspected, or until proof of return shipment has been provided.
